Yes, all rooms have lake views. We are located on the shore of Lake Hamilton with 200 ft of shoreline. Our guests can walk directly to the lake and enjoy the lake right from our beautiful garden.
In order to preserve the tranquil setting of the Inn, we can accommodate children 15 years and older. All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 persons.
All 16 of our guest rooms have one bed each and each room has a guest limit of 2 persons.
Yes, three of our rooms are dog friendly (dogs only). These rooms are Evening Shade, Ozark, and Paris. Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing a furry companion and also please read our Dog Policies.
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests. Due to limited parking spaces, we can allow only one car per guest room. No trailers are allowed. We also have EV and Tesla chargers, complimentary for our guests.
All of our food and alcoholic beverage service is for our registered guests only. Breakfast can be enjoyed either as room service or in our breakfast bistro. Dinner is available as in-room dining only. There is no bar on site - drinks can be enjoyed anywhere on the property including room delivery.
Yes! A gourmet two-course breakfast is included with every stay. Our breakfast features few locally-sourced ingredients and changes daily. We also accommodate any dietary restrictions that our guests may have. Breakfast can be enjoyed either as room service or in our breakfast bistro.
Although there is no spa on-site, we partner with some of the best spas in Hot Springs and make all the necessary arrangements for our guests who purchase our packages to go enjoy their spa services.

We are unable to accommodate groups/friends/families who need more than 3 rooms (6 persons total) regardless of whether the rooms are booked individually or as a single reservation.
Our lakefront property is a beautiful setting for intimate, small elopements with up to 4 guests in addition to the wedding couple. We do not host weddings or receptions. Please call the inn for more details about our elopement packages.
Yes, we provide complimentary use of our kayaks, canoe, and pedal boat. We also provide complimentary life-jackets for safety. Our guests can also swim in the lake right from our property's shoreline. We provide complimentary floats as well.
At Lookout Point Lakeside Inn we make every effort to be accessible for all of our guests to enjoy their stay with us. Our Calico Rock room is ADA accessible with the following features: grab bars, accessible sink/vanity, wheel-in shower, hand-held shower-head and an affixed shower bench. This room is on the first floor, on the same level as and close to the handicap parking space. There is a clear wheelchair accessible path from the parking space to the room. There is not an elevator and we are happy to provide assistance with your luggage. For those guests who do not need the ADA room but have difficulty with stairs, we recommend booking any of our rooms on the first floor (Paris, Calico Rock, Evening Shade, Ozark, Charleston). Please do not hesitate to call the Inn for more information.
All the rooms have a mini-fridge, coffee maker, smart TV, DVD player, personal tablet, dining table, luxury robes and bathroom amenities. Some rooms also have a microwave.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Outside visitors of our registered guests cannot be accommodated at any time. Visitors may come to our property in a vehicle to pick up or drop-off a registered guest, but these visitors may not be inside the inn, the guest rooms or gardens. We are not open to the general public and all of our facilities and amenities are strictly for our registered guests only.
