Assistant General Manager
Sheila relocated from Dallas to Hot Springs in the summer of 2016, and luckily she found her way to Lookout Point. Following years in the banking industry focusing on customer concerns, Sheila is a natural fit to provide great hospitality at the inn. She loves to cook, and has a definite artistic flair.
Assistant General Manager/Social Media
Alana came to Lookout Point in 2017 after working for five years for a luxury boutique hotel group in the Northeast. Recently settled into Hot Springs, Alana loves travel, hiking, the outdoors and recently embarked on a quest to visit every national park in the country.
Assistant General Manager/Lakeview Bistro Operations Manager
Don joined the team in early 2018 after relocating to Hot Springs from Colorado. Don brings with him decades of food & beverage experience after working in hospitality, bar-tending, and catering management.
Assistant General Manager/Weddings & Group Events
Amy joined the team in June 2018 coming to us from another Hot Springs hotel where she was the Group Events Manager. Prior to relocating here from Little Rock, Amy owned a Personal Organization business for a decade+.
Maria & Elena - Housekeeping
Maria has been in-charge of laundry and a housekeeper since 2005
Elena has been a cook and housekeeper since 2007
Antonia & Carolina - Housekeeping
Antonia has been a cook and housekeeper since 2010
Carolina has been a housekeeper since 2015
Rocio - Housekeeping/Lakeview Bistro
Rocio has been a housekeeper since 2016 and in May 2018, added an additional role assisting Don in the Lakeview Bistro.
