If you enjoy gumbo and crawfish in New Orleans, you’ll love an afternoon of tasting all the gumbo you can sample along with a flat of crawfish while enjoying live entertainment right here in Historic Downtown Hot Springs. Our 3rd Hot Springs Gumbo and Crawfish Festival takes place 2-6 p.m. April 22 at Hill Wheatley Plaza sponsored by Spa City Blues Society.
At the Festival, gumbo teams fight it out for the title of “Best Hot Springs Gumbo” and for prizes. Spa City Blues Society welcomes teams or individuals interested in competing. The crawfish come from our local Crosswalk Bar & Grill.
All profits from this Festival help fund the Hot Springs Craft Beer Festival, Blues in the Schools, Hot Springs Blues Festival along with the Gumbo and Crawfish Festival.
We’d love to have you spend a few days at Lookout Point! In April, the weather is often perfect, the flowers are blooming and the thought of tasting delicious gumbo and crawfish is quite tempting. Make Back to Blog
