Summer Wedding on Lake Hamilton

August 9th, 2010 by Kristie Rosset

A July wedding filled with laughter and joy perfectly suited Kit & Liz. They were actually married on the July holiday weekend, when the lake was bounding with activity.  The couple wanted a non-traditional setting for their wedding:  mission accomplished!

For the first time in 7 years, a band was playing rock & roll music across the lake.  Kit and Liz loved the spontaneous music, and even the selection of songs.

I say it often:  we are lucky to receive the BEST guests at our bed & breakfast inn.   A variety of intimate wedding and elopement packages is offered.

Beautiful couple

Last week, the rains stopped in time for a garden wedding along the shores of Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs. Surrounded by immediate family and friends, Terry & Cassie exchanged vows and rings.

This sweet, fun couple were perfectly relaxed and calm for the wedding. The high heels were kicked aside right after the ceremony, opting for barefoot comfort. Congratulations to Cassie & Terry!

Lookout Point photographer, Kelley, captured the love shared by this couple and their family.

Intimate Wedding on Lake Hamilton

May 8th, 2010 by Kristie Rosset

At Lookout Point, we LOVE weddings, especially small intimate weddings. And especially when the couple is as kind & fun as Samantha & Mark. They exchanged vows today by the lake, with immediate family present. Congratulations!

Marrying at Lookout Point is becoming a trend for the Miller family. Three years ago sister Amy married Cody at Lookout Point, and today they returned to attend this wedding with their precious 2 year old son. What a joy to see them again!

Beautiful Lakeside Wedding at Lookout Point

October 12th, 2009 by Kristie Rosset

It it such a great feeling to be a part of a couple’s special day, and this day was very special for Stephanie and Rodney Gibbs.  According to the family of this recently married couple, their marriage has been a long time coming.  The couple has been dating since they were fifteen years old, which is a trend in the family, because Stephanie’s brother and his wife also started dating when they were fifteen.  An intimate ceremony took place on the peaceful labyrinth and the reception followed in the dining room.  A beautiful bride and her handsome groom both gleamed with joy as members of the family came forward and toasted the newlyweds.  It was a lovely wedding for this sweet couple and their loving family!

We wish you two the best of luck and a happy marriage filled with lots of love and gorgeous children.  Also, best of luck with the twin girls on the way!

Bridal Portrait Photo Shoot in Lookout Point gardens

Bridal photography at Lookout point

In preparation for an October wedding,  Kelley chose to have her bridal portraits kelley bridal shoot 016taken at Lookout Point Lakeside Inn.  The labyrinth, gardens, and interior of the inn compose a stunning background for a beautiful bride.    To schedule a time for a bridal photography session, simply call the inn at 501-525-6155.  Cost is only $50 for one hour, and includes up to 4 people (bride, photographer, assistant, and mother of the bride).
Photographer Jason with The Photo Standard went to great lengths to get the perfect shot, including standing on a balcony railing, capturing a photo on labyrinth.  He also stood on a tall ladder to snap a shot of the bride leaning over a balcony.   It was fun!
