Come join in the fun of Lookout Point’s next Cooking School on April 23! This is the first time to offer an outdoor cooking school, focused on meats. Joining Kristie, and leading the class will be her favorite meat masters: son-in-law Robby Theodore and husband Ray. You’ll learn tips from safety to selection of cuts, cooking techniques, and favorite marinades.
This is definitely not a vegetarian class, however we’ll throw in a grilled veggie and fruit for lunch. You’ll enjoy grilled steak and Catalina chicken at lunch–that you prepare. This is a hands-on involved cooking class, with extremely limited number of participants. You’ll learn the secret to slow-cooked smoked ribs, and even take home a sample.
