Jim and Wendy traveled a long distance to marry: all the way from England to Hot Springs. The lovely and kind couple exchanged vows

Incorporating British traditions into the setting, the initial toast was for the Queen, followed by a toast to the couple–a first at Lookout Point!
We send our best wishes, as Wendy & Jim return to their home in England. We’re honored that you chose to marry at our Hot Springs bed & breakfast.

Love and marriage enveloped the inn this weekend. With 11-11-11, the first wedding of the day was held at 11am, of course. The weather cooperated all weekend, with gorgeous fall colors and sunny skies.
Congratulations to all the couples who were married at our Hot Springs bed & breakfast (5 couples in total) this weekend, and to those that stayed with us while getting married at the Anthony Chapel of Garvan Gardens. A stunning autumn day greeted Norris & Karla to Lookout Point for their wedding. As a surprise to Karla, her family arrived just in time for the wedding ceremony.

Dressed in their wedding finery, Alicia and Michael decided to depart via Lookout Point’s canoe! It’s a bit tricky getting into a canoe while attired in wedding clothes, but this fun couple were determined, and no one got wet!

Of course while out on the lake, Michael had to throw in a line.

David and Leilani Long recently got married in our lakeside gardens and were kind enough to send us a few of the absolutely beautiful pictures! A personal favorite of mine would be this one of their Converse high-tops! They were both so laid back and just fun to be around. This has to be the most adorable picture of Chuck Taylor’s I have seen to date. Congratulations guys!

At Lookout Point, we are celebrating many weddings in May and June!
A beautiful wedding couple!
Last Saturday, Tamiko and Chris exchanged vows in the gardens with beloved family members present.
Following the ceremony, the couple and family enjoyed cake and appetizers in the dining room, and then opened gifts.

Heidi and Ryan married in the inn’s gardens, with azaleas blooming and Lake Hamilton providing a gorgeous backdrop. In his dress blues, and her lovely gown, the couple exchanged vows and of course celebrated with a kiss.

The photographer (Kelley Wilde) captured Ryan’s adoring gaze at his beautiful bride! With a variety of sites in the gardens for weddings, they chose to get married under the crepe myrtle trees right along the Lake Hamilton seawall. It’s a beautiful setting!
